This it the second time our local elementary school PTO has rented out a room at Bucket List Tavern for a large event. We had over 50 teachers we treated to dinner and drinks and Joel and his staff are always amazing. We had three servers who went above and beyond - Alisha, Taryn, and Frankie. At one point, the girls were bringing out a selection of desserts and my friend joked that none were chocolate. (We had delicious apple pie, creme brulee, and rum cake) and just a few minutes later, Frankie came walking in with a ton of chocolate candy. She had run to the convenience store nearby and bought all the candy! That is just one of the many above-and-beyond things that Joel and his staff does for their patrons! I can't think of any other place around here that would care about those touches that meant so much to our staff. Plus all of our servers were so kind and checked on us frequently, topped off waters and drinks with speed and were really sweet. I am now hoping to plan another event with them this summer since our last two at Bucket List events have gone so smoothly. So if you're looking for a local joint to either host a party at or even just grab dinner at, you'll feel right at home here. Thank you Alisha, Taryn, Frankie, and Joel for all that you do! We absolutely appreciate you!!

Met a friend for lunch. Plenty of parking. A variety of seating offered at the restaurant. Server was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My friend had the spring rolls and loved them. Looked fresh and she reported that they were super good. I had the ? Tuscan salad with chickpeas, capers, artichoke hearts, and more. Very pleased with the creative and colorful flavor combo. Fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I would go back and order the same. My meal was vegetarian, while being nut and gluten free.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this gem of a spot in Castle Rock, and I couldn't be more impressed. The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone—from foodies to picky eaters. Loved the Asian Fire Wings! The staff is simply wonderful; attentive, friendly, and quick to make recommendations. You can tell they take great pride in providing excellent service. As a sports fan, I appreciate the full bar area complete with ample seating to catch the game. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. If you're looking for a quieter experience, the separate dining area offers a more subdued environment that's just as enjoyable. The cherry on top has to be the expansive outdoor patio, which is perfect for Colorado's beautiful weather. It adds another layer of versatility to an already fantastic dining experience. This place truly has it all, and I can't wait to return!

Stopped in to grab some wings to go because I have heard phenomenal things about their food quality. I believe I spoke to the owner on the phone and asked for a few flavor suggestions he recommended a mango habanero which was not on the menu yet and then I picked the other flavor devil’s tongue. Not only were the wings fresh. They were big and had the perfect crispiness to the skin that the sauce absolutely stuck perfectly to. The ranch and blue cheese both seem to be homemade. I have definitely found my new favorite wings spot in town and would highly suggest anyone that has taste buds or a craving for wings to give bucket list a chance. Thank you guys so much for an incredible food experience.

Finally found really good wings in Castle Rock. Ordered extra crispy and they came out perfect! Great sauce selection and Wednesday is all you can eat wings and fries. The homemade blue cheese was the best I've had. Also tried the brisket sandwich and spicy situation sandwich, which were both were amazing! Definitely going back soon!

My husband and I came for the all you can eat wings on Wednesdays. Our waitress was Annie she was wonderful both to us and our 1 year old son. She was very quick with bringing us food and drinks while also maintaining a professional conversation. She deserves a raise! Plus the food was amazing the Parmesan garlic and dry rub wings are our favorite wings.

Sierra did a great job serving us today. I Got the All you can eat chicken wings and French fries and I Enjoyed the flavors that they had and the service was great. Sierra just got back from school and I thought she did a great job and served us Like she never took a break from work and my wife and enjoyed the service well. They have a very friendly staff from management down to the servers that I had contact with. We just moved into town, so we will be back.

Really cool local place to get yummy appetizers and drinks! Their menu has slowly evolved. Their happy hour menu is really good. The servers here are very nice. This place is very kid friendly too. This place is one of our favorite local businesses to support in Castle Rock. You will almost always see the owner, Joel, walking around and interacting with customers, and asking how to improve the restaurant experience. I love his dedication to the community! Occasionally the head chef, Virginia, also makes an appearance too and she asks for customer feedback as well. You don't see that too often where the higher ups are asking for feedback. Every Wednesday is all you can eat wings! Amazing atmosphere, drinks, food, kid friendly atmosphere, and wonderful place to host events as well! Wonderful addition to Castle Rock! Update 5/28/25 - Still the amazing place I first reviewed! They've gotten their groove down here. We love their all you can eat wings! My kids ESPECIALLY love their creative mock tails!
